  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.

Late or Missing Refunds
